Can MK Precision provide support for all of my test equipment calibration needs?
Yes we can. Should a unique item require outsourced service, we will manage that process and utilize only pre-approved vendors or OEMs. We offer solutions for service needs from an occasional calibration to complete multi-location calibration program management. Can MK Precision provide repair services for my test equipment?
We are able to provide repair services for most test equipment and can manage most any repair process. We take special care to set and meet repair expectations and help you make informed decisions. MK Precision will evaluate an instrument and provide an estimate of repair costs and turnaround time. If we are unable to repair an instrument in-house, we will determine if one of our pre-qualified vendors can assist. If it is not cost-effective to repair, we may be able to offer a refurbished product or connect you with a supplier.

What type of equipment does MK Precision calibrate and repair?

What is your standard turnaround time for calibration?
Our standard turnaround time is typically 3 to 5 days from the day we receive it at our facility. We do have multiple options to fit your needs. Please contact us to discuss what we can provide for you.

What is your standard turnaround time for repairs?
We make every effort to minimize the amount of time your instrument is at our facility for servicing. There are many factors that contribute to repair turnaround time and you can rely on us to regularly communicate valid status information.

Can MK Precision help me in an emergency?
Yes, during normal business hours only. We do request that you contact us at 780.466.5220 or info@mkprecision.ca so we are able to provide you with the best solution to meet your needs. Outside of normal business hours please leave us a message and we will return your call the next business day. We do provide expedited, next-on-bench service for an additional fee.

What is MK Precision's warranty for calibration and repair service?
All equipment processed through MK Precision is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
